不知道有沒有哪位版友有得腸胃炎的因應辦法;
最近得了腸胃炎,不僅無法吃蛋白質含量多的東西,連澱粉也攝取得很少,
(當時有稍微算一下,一天平均只攝取約500大卡的熱量吧)也沒有力氣訓練,
這情況持續了一個禮拜,
最近我朋友看到我都說:欸欸,你怎麼瘦那麼多......,你的三角三頭都消掉了...。
