今天剛好是跟失戀同學在家練肩膀的日子
又恰好白文兄提到肩膀
所以乾脆就拍一下今天練的東西好了

剛單車環島回來而已
他說掉兩公斤
1.啞鈴肩推
挑個好重量 不過度拱腰
快快推上去 順順放下來
2.啞鈴側舉
自己拍才發現敝貓有肢體障礙= =
一定要改進改進(汗顏)
就手肘高度與肩膀高度要確立
3.俯臥側舉
這就是輕鬆做法囉
把精神集中在背側三角的收縮與伸展就是了
可以趴在床角試看看
4.窄距肩推
反正就是換個角度練肩膀囉XD
保持軀幹正直 不要過度拱腰!!
5.6.7.8.
就旋轉肌的做法 算是鞏固一下肩關節附近囉
上臂是固定角度的
肘關節是固定角度的
轉動的是肩關節
利用的是重力的方向這樣
然後是利用家裡的門框拉一下單槓
(好窄...手肘老是撞到門框="=我都在想門上框單槓是要怎麼個練法= =)
其實想表達的 是不管怎麼做
若要鍛鍊背擴肌 那就不能圓背
=>挺胸 把上臂肱骨外展(背擴肌端點在上臂肱骨端 可以思考一下)
敝貓的肩胛骨中間始終是保持凹進去 而不是突出來的
這樣比較能讓背擴肌充分去作動 較易達到目標效果
做的途中能感覺背擴肌收縮伸展
結束後能感覺背擴肌有點快飛出軀幹外
那就差不多了吧XD
