個性說好聽一點是貼心好脾氣,
說難聽一點是膽小、沒自信、常委曲求全(但心裡幹得要死QQ)
而且容易緊張焦慮...
焦慮煩躁時, 明知道死線快到了, 卻還是鴕鳥一般拖延
有時候理智上知道沒那麼嚴重, 但就是很難好好穩下情緒
在生活上最困擾的就是工作
(同時也是主要壓力來源)
實際上能力是可以做到的任務
卻因為緊張焦慮外加拖延
而導致品質不佳或是時程延誤
舉例來說大概就是
有人私下唱歌很好聽, 但一上台表演就失常
目前手邊有以下七瓶精油
想請問如果從裡面選幾支來調配, 有建議的配方嗎
畢竟平常消耗得很慢, 不想無性生殖XD
(平常我都滴在枕頭上或是混無香乳液擦身體)

葡萄柚

薄荷
ps.
有因為失眠焦慮而長期看精神科
目前藥量控制還不錯
希望可以透過一些自然療法來加強舒緩
然後想說是否要重新閱讀十年前讀過(但當下覺得還好)的" 被討厭的勇氣"
覺得自己明明很幹, 但害怕衝突而委曲求全的那面, 好假= =
