莫名的喝飲料 - 美體

板上的大家你們好~
小弟其實不算有很需要減肥的樣子(171/64,還是自我感覺良好@@?)
可是基於健康&想減體脂的想法之下所以在這邊發文,
我的問題是這樣的,
不知道從什麼時候開始(應該有半年到一年了),
每天好像都會喝兩到三杯飲料,
通常都是早餐、午餐一定都會配紅茶或豆漿(溫開水倒是滿少的..),
然後如果心情不好或是心血來潮就有機會去買一杯700cc少糖去冰烏龍茶,
所以一天這樣算下來,大概很有機會喝到最多三杯,
紅茶&豆漿的部份,本身吃東西算偏清淡,我沒有覺得他很甜,
平常有在慢跑,一周大概跑3-5天,一次7KM約40-50mins,
從去年八月底開始跑,到現在有瘦了7、8公斤,
三餐幾乎不怎麼忌口..唯獨太油太膩油炸會避一下這樣,
只是驚覺怎麼喝飲料的量會那麼大..
想請問各位,這是因為我沒有養成多喝水的習慣嗎?
我一天好像就只會喝到600cc的樣子XD
剩下的應該都是靠飲料來維持吧..
那不知道要怎麼改變這個習慣呢?倘若能因此減一點肥肉好像也不錯XD
