踩腳踏車沒流什麼汗 - 美體

最近買了一台X bike 每天都會踩35~40分鐘
因為怕一開始太累失去動力 所以從基本30分鐘開始再慢慢加
但是今天騎的時候特別沒有爆汗(平常流的蠻多)
想加強踩的速度&重度 可是腳總是會酸到無力
請問這樣沒有爆汗的感覺
會不會沒啥運動效果啊
總覺得汗流越多越有運動效果?
我看過卡路里是跟平常消耗的一樣 心跳也盡量維持125~130↑
不過這種沒流汗的運動方式也ok?
