三餐內容
早餐:饅頭*1+蘋果*1+黑咖啡*1
若是有早起重訓,會先去小七買個約190卡的小麵包來吃,吃飽後再重訓。
午餐:大多時候是四菜一肉的便當~
煎雞腿排便當or滷排骨便當,前者會去皮(太油了),便當吃光光。
偶爾吃義大利麵(有濃湯和麵包)
晚餐:水果*1+滷味(青菜*3+冬粉)or地瓜or燕麥片or超商39元的麵包早餐搭配
,視飢餓程度而定。
日常作息時間:11點就寢,6:20起床。
生活型態:不菸不酒的研究生
運動習慣:
1:重訓50分鐘,沒有特別量心跳數,但會做到讓自己喘,持續3個月
2:X-bike 二小時,轉速25~30之間,狀況好的話會騎到微喘,持續滿久了
這幾周會盡量一周做3次以上的重訓,前兩個月大概是一周1~2次,重訓內容是把
學校重訓室裡的機器都做一遍,8~12RM,3組。
腳踏車是一周最少4次,最多7次。
我的問題:
之前曾經試行版娘的菜單(參考跟自己身高體重體脂差不多的),即少量多餐,餐
跟餐間會吃水果,但發現自己很容易餓;而且長期待在圖書館或研究室,若攜帶小
東西吃會較不方便些,所以後來就停止了><
想詢問的是--
1. 若是早起重訓前吃小東西,不知是否吃太多?還是我總體而言,吃的不夠呢?
2. 減肥效率不佳(半年體重54->52,體脂30->26.9),是否可能因心跳數未達130?
X-bike 是否改成1小時,然後全力衝刺會較好呢?
3. 飲食部分,是否有需改進之處?(即還是少量多餐這樣)
雖然是本版長期的愛好者與潛水員,但是對於自己的減肥計畫,可能還是有諸多迷思
