三餐內容
早餐:全麥土司兩片+蛋 或 7-11 49元套餐
午餐:自助餐4菜1肉
晚餐:自助餐3菜
其他:每天喝水2500UP~ coffee至少兩杯以上
日常作息時間: 早上6~7點起床,晚上11點半左右就寢
生活型態:考生
運動習慣:
之前暑假每天游泳2500公尺45min
都沒瘦...可能是之前正常吃沒控制飲食的關係
或許我身體已經習慣這種強度?
因此現在改成星期一至五每天慢跑5公里(跑步機),心跳數機器上顯示165UP
跑完再重訓半小時左右,主要是練背部肌群和腿部肌群
然後六日就單純游泳3000M。
我的問題:
這份菜單是以有氧為主,因為我比較偏向減重減脂
但是...持續將近一個月了,我是有感覺比較結實一點
體重完全沒變阿阿阿~!!! 心灰意冷心灰意冷
雖然每次運動完,唱歌都可以飆高音很開心
但是體重能往下掉會讓我更開心啊~
跑步5Km還在我膝蓋承受的範圍內~是不是要再加強呢?
