小弟我剛開始健身 不到一個月
想請問 如果我使用啞鈴練二頭肌
打算做三組
第一組可以做到10下
但第二組卻只能舉到8下
第三組可能剩4下… 而且還沒辦法舉到底
中間都休息約1分鐘
請問這樣是正常的嗎?
是不是第二組開始要用比較輕的重量?
