大家好,我女朋友目前因想改變體態,因沒有運動習慣,加上爬文最後鎖定健走的方式去培
養運動習慣,可是目前行走三天,速度上感覺僅比正常走路稍快些的速度,但導致膝蓋的筋
發炎,需要休養,有去看醫生,評估可能是大腿肌肉不足,導致膝蓋受力過當。
想請問大家,目前假設休養好了,肌肉沒有增加狀況下健走仍然會導致一樣的狀況,請問有
什麼方式可以讓他增強大腿肌肉?(不讓膝蓋受太多力量的狀況)
