不曉得大家游蛙式和捷式感覺哪個瘦的比較快?
我之前一直是混搭25m捷25m蛙游一小時(約1.8~2km)的
最近聽朋友說 只游捷式比較會雕塑上半身 而且瘦的比較快
我爬了一下文好像確實也是如此
就開始連續三週純游捷式(比較慢1.5~1.7km/1hr 但是很累)
的確感覺是比較累
可是神奇的是
減重居然完完全全停頓下來了89->89->89連三週多 (最肥的時候是120kg -.- 身高184)
我沒有偷懶,吃東西也很正常
吃到比基代多一些(也因應體重下降重算過基代)
便當都這樣裝 -> 蔬菜>>糙米飯>水果>魚肉>>>>>>>>>>>>>>紅肉>>>>>>>>>>>>>炸物
黃金先生也非常順 每天早晚都會各一次
應該不是肚子裡太多導致誤差 -,-
不知道是不是捷式蛙式的問題...
明天開始要改回捷蛙混搭試看看了
不知道大家覺得捷式蛙式哪個對減肥比較有幫助?
