我很好奇的是,如果減重期間(約半年)少量多餐(甚至用過午不食法或晚上不吃澱粉)
攝取的熱量大約在基礎代謝(1400cal),等到達到標準體重,
把少量多餐慢慢變成一天三餐,並且提高熱量到1800,會復胖嗎?
還是說只會胖個幾公斤?
我聽減肥成功的男同學說(72-->55) 他暑假飲食清淡+每天狂游泳 瘦到標準體重
之後恢復正常飲食跟每天運動五分鐘來維持身材(他應該不會騙我啦)
但我覺得女生減肥很不容易,不知道板上有沒有瘦身期間攝取低熱量(過午不食?!)
之後成功恢復作息又沒復胖的女生?
