大家好
魯妹我這輩子骨盆前傾,去年才學會核心出力
現在每次去健身房都會練核心
但現在發現一個小問題
就是單純站著時(如等紅燈)我可以穩住核心、骨盆不前傾
但如果一直走路(如逛街)到最後我還是會後腰痠(骨盆前傾)
請問行進中該如何確保自己核心有出力?
有骨盆前傾過來人能分享核心訓練心得嗎?
