身為一個喜歡基於事實就事論事 & 心眼很小被戳了就想回嘴的人
我們就來看看國人蛋白質攝取不足到底是不是個假議題
算術平均數可能無法反應群體的實際狀況 (可能被極端值影響) 這點我完全同意
然而國健署公布的報告上也不是只有列算術平均數 (雖然它幾乎是以平均值在做論述)

請看到檔案第67至78頁,年齡分組的「全體國人每人一日營養素攝取狀況」
這系列表格裡面就有寫中位數。
(中位數就是資料中數值由高排到低,剛好位於中間50%處的那筆資料的數值)

確實中位數比算術平均數低一點,所以整體人口的營養攝取量被一些暴食族群拉高的
狀況是存在的。然而數值也只拉高了10%左右,而青壯年人口的蛋白質攝取量仍達到官方
營養指引低標的160%以上。
結論是我們依然能說:蛋白質攝取不足這件事對多數國人來說都是個假議題。
順道提幾個表上比較有趣的數字:
1. 國人的熱量攝取竟然意外的沒有超過指引建議很多!?
青壯年和中年分別有一個100%跟99%的數字,但為什麼國內滿街都是過重或肥胖的人?
→ 請注意100%跟99%是 "適度活動量" 者的建議攝取量
114%則是 "稍低活動量"者的每日熱量建議攝取量
然而看一下官方資料對活動量的定義,你可能會雙膝一軟

在座你各位如果一天有兩小時時間需要步行 (=6-8公里/日 = 8千-1萬步/日)
你就可以說自己有著"稍低"活動量 :)
然後大家每天平均攝取的熱量還是比消耗多了14%...... 當然都會轉成脂肪
以國人實際活動狀況可能都比"低活動量"更低的狀態下,滿街胖子的結果是可預見的
2. 因為國人平均乳品攝取量少 (非戰之罪啊,牛奶跟豆漿一樣便宜的話我也想每天喝..)
所以不意外的有著低於建議的維生素D和鈣質攝取量
加上靜態生活模式,高齡長輩的骨質疏鬆問題非常普遍
3. 傳統華人飲食的全穀類攝取少,導致國人的膳食纖維攝取偏低
雖然在兒童青少年、初老族群兩塊好像在近年有增加攝取的傾向
但中壯年人口似乎沒什麼明顯改善

希望各位板友在有巨量營養素均衡攝取的概念下,也別忘了膳食纖維(全榖)的重要性
(這部分跟腸道健康有點關係,低纖飲食印象中是會提高大腸直腸癌風險的)
(飲食的纖維高低和餐後的血糖昇勢也有關聯,普遍來說高纖食物有較低的GI值,或許
也和糖尿病的風險相關... 但我還需要翻文獻仔細查證一下)
