三餐內容:早中餐不吃
只喝水or沖泡綠茶包or即溶黑咖啡
中午泡四勺共20g“X多”膳食纖維粉
下午三點泡40克左右大燕麥片
與一杓共25g乳清蛋白,
目標白天時間能喝2000-2500cc的水
且下班回家路上吃一顆茶葉蛋
晚餐正常吃家餐,因與兩歲娃共食,故多蔬菜且口味配料不重
飯是十穀米或糙米,也只吃小半碗
如果還有點餓就再泡20g大燕麥片
日常作息時間:早上七點起床
晚上12點睡
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:一切正常,除血脂高
運動習慣:
目標晚上10點後戶外走跑一小時以上
做100下卷腹
棒式總計五分鐘
啞鈴亂舉
我的問題:除了減肥,我也想降血脂
很久以前測過是偏高亮紅字
想來年紀漸大不可能自己變正常值
所以我想施行168甚至195,
但195的話,也不可能下午上班途中吃便當
所以想說靠吃大燕麥片與乳清蛋白與膳食纖維粉來填飽肚子並降血脂,
茶葉蛋補蛋白質(查一顆有7克)
查詢上述營養成分(不含晚餐),
合計約蛋白質32克,膳食纖維20克,熱量400大卡
晚餐熱量粗估600大卡
一天熱量1000大卡,請問這樣會太仙男餐嗎?
還是上述吃的量可以再增多?
我知道這樣的吃法有點不正宗,
但我是想至少膳食纖維跟蛋白質的攝取量我比較能掌控,不至於吃不夠量
至於可能會有人問能不能持久
基本上中餐不吃,我個人是完全ok的,
因為我不太會感到餓,對吃的也沒太大要求
所以就算以後放寬成168,
大燕麥片常態當中餐也是沒問題的
是否還有能補充的地方,再請各位解惑了,感謝
