我對持續運動的名言是
"一停下來,就很難再動,所以就算有多忙,也要意思意思的做一下"
血淚史,上次本來減得好好的,也快達成目標了,
但停了第一天,就想停第二、三天...
然後就整個提不起勁,想說都停了那麼久,沒差啦...
最後,停了半年再找回動力,體重也都回復了= ="
之前的心血都沒了...
所以不管怎樣,每天最少也要意思意思的動動,
讓自己沒有理由懶下來!
加油加油!
