要減肥某餐不吃但總熱量有達基代,這樣吃可以嗎? - 美體

三餐內容
早餐:麵包 OR 菜包
午餐:便當(燒鴨飯、雞排飯等)
晚餐:無
日常作息時間:睡眠時間五~七小時 上班時間八小時
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:每天踩踏步機約40分鐘
問題陳述:
由於住在外面所以每天都是外食
在公司大家都會一起訂便當
不外乎當然我也是一起訂
但是一個便當的熱量往往都蠻高的
所以變成我在吃完中午的便當後,我晚餐就沒有吃!!!
爬文看了可能會造成溜溜球效應~但是我吃的熱量有達到基礎代謝!!
這樣還會造成溜溜球效應嗎??
也不一定是晚餐沒有吃!
像晚上如果有約的話~就變成我中午沒有吃,吃晚上!!
這樣會不會導致腸胃或大腦無法適應這樣的吃法呢??
如果這樣是可行的,持續下去有可能會瘦嗎?
補充:我每天早上都會先喝一杯溫開水大約300~500CC左右
個人蠻愛喝水的,應也都有達每天2000CC
