午餐:超商減脂餐or 自備便當,餐盤份量澱粉:蔬菜: 蛋白質=1:1:1
晚餐:家裡備餐,餐盤份量澱粉:蔬菜: 蛋白質=1:1:1
日常作息時間:十分規律,目前午餐前會有氧運動30分,睡前運動約10分
生活型態:辦公室上班族,媽媽下班要照顧小孩
健康狀況:否
運動習慣:
1.午餐運動(一週4次),滑步機/腳踏車機30min 心跳約120
2.睡前 (一週4次),youtube 睡前運動約10分

之前沒有運動習慣,體脂約30%但這兩週增加午餐前30分有氧運動,但體脂增加1-2%,體
重是沒變
運動後大概30分內開始午餐,但熱量《500
飲食部分雖然無太大變化但增加蔬菜類攝取
