各位大大
我知道減肥除了飲食 重訓
還有重要的有氧
但我一直都有一個問題存在
那就是我跑步老是跑不久
跑不久
不是真的跑不動了
往往都是因為覺得很煩
無聊 而停下來
有想過用設目標的方式
但往往總會跟無聊妥協
也沒有人可以陪我跑
我知道板上有人推薦聽音樂
但戴耳機運動 很傷聽力
我知道也有人推薦 在健身房邊看電視邊跑
但我寒暑假只有重訓室 沒有跑步機
請問
板上有人跟我有一樣的困擾嗎?
怎麼解決的
