我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是=============================================================================
大家好
小妹在約兩個月前也去報名了健身工廠開始了運動生活
目標大概就是消脂讓體態變好並讓身體健康 代謝變好等等
因為是運動新手
所以常常來此版看文章爬文了解ㄧ些基本觀念
知道有氧瘦全身的五字訣 也知道重訓+有氧效果更好
剛開始去健身房的流程都是
快走+跑步30分鐘以上->重量訓練(重量是剛好做12-15下會酸,然後做三組)->拉筋
後來在板上看到重訓是消耗肝醣,有氧30分後才消耗脂肪的說法
然後要先把肝醣消耗完才消耗脂肪...之類的
於是運動流程就調整為
跑步10分鐘熱身->重訓->跑步30分鐘以上(看時間許可)-拉筋
但是那天當我重訓完在跑步時
健身工廠裡面穿橘色衣服的人
(我不知道他是誰,好像不是業務也不是教練,就會穿橘衣制服到處巡視的人)
他就在我跑步當下點我 然後問我說是新會員嗎
說他剛剛在重訓的地方看到我 說我重訓完又下來做有氧(跑步)會受傷之類的
當下的感覺就是: 蛤!!原來不能這樣!?
然後我就ㄧ邊跑步ㄧ邊問他:可是網路上說重訓完有氧減脂比較有效率耶
於是他就回我說如果我要減脂那就專心做重訓就好了 不用有氧
有氧要45分鐘以後才會消耗脂肪 在這之前都是消耗肝醣 沒什麼用
我就有點震驚 想說版上不是說有氧瘦全身嗎....
而且我記得版上也有說過有氧30鐘前也有消耗熱量
要超過30分鐘是因為30分鐘以後消耗更多更有效率
現在觀念有點混淆 不知道怎麼樣才是對的.....
其實之前那樣運動ㄧ個多月就有感受到效果了
雖然體重變重 不過大腿屁股等等都比較結實一些 肚子也不會吃飽就縮不回去XD
現在目標是想要減脂 體脂肪24.6 比剛加入時25.多少了ㄧ些了
還是說我把運動流程改回一開始有氧->重訓就好的模式!?
請版上的各位指點我ㄧ下怎麼樣消脂比較有效率~~~~~
已經看過至底了但這方面還是不太懂 ><
