話說本人真的想要來認真控制飲食, 紀錄每天的熱量與營養素.
用了大家推薦的 MyFitnesspal
搜尋了 "雞胸 100g"
結果如下圖:

同樣是 100g 雞胸, 但有許多搜尋結果.
範圍可以從 105 到 263, 差了 2.5 倍以上.
對不起, 我太蠢, 這種需要智慧的工具用不下去 ...
真的認真想問大家, 你們都怎去計算各種食物的熱量和營養素?
可以使用 MyFitnesspal 隨便算嗎? 看心情選擇想要的結果?
所以一餐吃一個便當和兩個便當沒差?
或者有其他更可靠的資訊來源?
