之前因為受傷,半年沒辦法訓練
之前很容易做惡夢,好像開始休息之後就不會了
前幾天又開始恢復以前運動生活,晚上馬上開始發作,做夢話,驚醒等等
運動時間大概4小時,強度是隔天全身痠痛,當天腳微軟的感覺
我覺得應該不至於訓練過度,有人也會這樣嗎
--
