目的是推力跟拉力
動作類似玩倉庫番那種遊戲
具體來說類似推牆壁跟拔河
是會需要哪一部分的肌肉
請問要怎麼練,
以及小心才不會受傷
還是說有健身房什麼機具可以練嗎
