各位巨巨好,目前健身重訓已經持續大約一年的時間
當初因為工作環境久坐的關係,平常也不運動
導致於體重過重因此才開始好好的重訓
目前的安排都是先做有氧約1小時,之後再進行重訓
然後每週會上一次的教練課,初期其實成效蠻顯著的
體重下降了很多,體態比以前好看很多
也開始會要求自己往更好的體態發展
不過近期發現肌肉的成長幅度似乎有點停滯
在想是否因為提高訓練強度所致肌肉無法正常修復
看大家好像都會補充乳清、肌酸等幫助肌肉疲勞恢復的補給品
可我喝乳清會長痘痘,不知道有沒有其他的品項選擇?
