前幾天跑去保健室量了一下體脂肪
身高 162CM
體重 54KG
體脂肪率 26%
26%

!!!!!!!!!!!
平常沒有運動的習慣,打算把之前買的鄭多燕DVD拿出來每天跳一片
不過只做了第一天,腰跟大腿痠了三天QQ
早餐
全麥蛋餅(蛋跟芝麻跟青菜打在一起)+無糖豆漿or無糖薏仁漿 500cc 30元
如果出門時間來得及,會加上兩科奇異果
午餐
學校的自助餐 or 火雞肉飯(大)+味噌湯 or 泡麵+蛋 價格控制在40~30元
小的火雞肉飯量好少喔orz
晚餐
火雞肉飯(大)+味噌湯 or 肉燥飯(中)+酸辣湯 or 蒸餃一籠 價格控制在40~30元
列出來之後,
覺得自己的午餐跟晚餐好像有點問題= =a
可是每到吃飯時間,都不知道該買什麼來吃才好QQ
面對著學校餐廳跟家附近的小吃攤,很無助阿!!!!!!!!!!!!
