不喜歡+1 而且有些人的想法真的很難理解
從小學+國中健康教育課本就有教
多吃青菜或水果還有足量的水幫助腸胃蠕動才會嗯嗯
就是有人平常都不吃這些東西然後一直哀嗯嗯不順
沒吃那些纖維腸胃就沒辦法蠕動 要怎麼嗯嗯
然後一直分享什麼香蕉拉 地瓜拉 什麼青X素 酵素blabla幫助腸胃蠕動
說來說去不就是把纖維吃進去嗎
有天然的高麗菜菠菜青花菜綠色蔬菜不吃跑去吃加工過的
加工過還要花錢買 吃青菜便宜又很有飽足感 減肥又可以幫助排便
之前就有版友提過 說吃青菜沒用但是吃加工過的酵素就有用很....匪夷所思
每次看到便秘文都想推"每天固定吃一碗公青菜 沒用再來求救好嗎"
