我第一個月到第二個月成長明顯,肌肉成長1.4公斤而且體脂肪都沒變
結果,到了第三個月,我為了增加肌肉量,把體重吃到64公斤
又結果,我的肌肉量沒什麼變化?,增加了都是體脂肪2.4公斤
諮詢的教練說我的很多動作不正確,沒有刺激到該部位,神經鏈結度不好 動作協調不好
我動作有的僅止於模仿,而且常常代償。而且一個人練是看不出盲點
什麼內旋外旋 我不懂
嗯~可是我第三個月幾乎完全長脂肪,好像也太扯...
