該增肌還是減脂呢~~ - 健身

一直覺得體脂超過20有點高但又一直被說瘦
所以讓我蠻矛盾到底要增加肌肉還是減脂肪
所以特地上來請益TAT
目前inbody如下

身材

三個月以前體脂肪大概23趴多 體重約64公斤
後來加強有氧時間加上飲食控制 體重下降體脂也降
但是肌肉卻不增不減...... 不知道是好事壞事(?
飲食部分目前就是
早餐: 大燕麥片半份加上豆漿250mL
午餐:400克青菜 + 100克煎雞胸肉 + 100 克糙米飯
午餐:400克青菜 + 100克煎雞胸肉 + 100 克糙米飯
晚餐:大致上跟午餐一模一樣
重訓完會喝一份乳清
或許有人會覺得吃太少但因為我的基代沒有很高加上現在在準備考試所以沒什麼活動量都是坐著居多!!
訓練部分就是
星期一:背 + 二頭 時間抓在一個小時多
星期一:背 + 二頭 時間抓在一個小時多
星期二:胸 + 三頭 時間一樣
星期三:壺鈴 + 腿
星期四:同星期一
星期五:同星期二
週末我會休息
有個重點是我知道要增肌就要吃但是好像吃多一點在配上我目前的訓練量好像體重上升速度有點快(? 所以我都有點害怕 到底是...都重到脂肪嗎XD 還是我訓練量沒有太扎實(?
