各位前輩好
小的正在減脂期
有一個一直以來的疑問想問大家
用有氧製造赤字,跟單純靠吃製造赤字,對身體來說或減脂效果會一樣嗎?
例如我吃2000
跟我吃2500做500有氧
哪一個效果會比較好?
另外,我多吃的那500三項營養含量有差嗎
如果說我今天每天熱量跟三項都計劃好了
是不是只要三項有達標,剩下不小心多吃的不管營養含量為何
我都再用有氧打平就好了?
我知道這好像關乎到身體消化營養的順序之類
如果有前輩願意解惑小的感激不盡!
