各位巨巨午安
小弟我現在就讀高中二年級
身高175體重55
其實我是想說肌肉力量跟運動蠻有關係的
不是想練成那種都是肌肉的
那對我來說太困難了XD
因為時間的關係我沒辦法常常往健身房跑
可是感覺我有點太瘦了
飲食我自己覺得還蠻正常的
應該算是均衡
然後份量大概是麥當勞套餐
但就是胖不起來
家裡的器材有
單槓
廣告上的那個健腹器
16磅的啞鈴一對
請問我該怎麼提升自己的肌肉量跟肌肉力量呢?
麻煩給小弟我一點建議
