該增加練硬舉的頻率嗎? - 健身

我硬舉是傳統和相撲都練,
目前是相撲做的比較好,至少就我的身體感受來說是如此.
我重量作的不重,選擇一組六下 (嚴格來說是5~7下)
傳統硬舉目前的情況是,一組六下裡面,
有一下有抓到"理想狀態"就算不錯惹...
所謂的理想狀態是指
從起槓開始,重心移動 肌肉發力 身體平衡 到最後的髖鎖死
流程都非常順暢,力量幾乎沒有被浪費. 而且這一下會拉的特別輕鬆.
我一周會練兩天下半身,一天硬舉 一天深蹲
當然還有其他的訓練內容,不過就先不提了.
我如果在練深蹲那天也加練個幾組傳統硬舉來調姿勢和抓感受會更好嗎?
我之前這樣嘗試結果沒有覺得很理想,反而那天覺得做的更差.
還是說先不作深蹲,兩天腿日都先選擇作硬舉來抓感受度呢?
請問鄉親會怎麼選擇呢?
