該怎麼在力量上突破 - 健身

開始健身一陣子了
確實感受到身體機能包括精神各方面都有改善
上班時精神好很多,也有被同事說體態有變化
但在訓練上遇到一些瓶頸
簡單說一下自己的訓練方式
大概是以12下/組*3的次數在進行
目前臥推40公斤、深蹲55公斤、硬舉65公斤
卡在這個階段已經一段時間了,一直沒有什麼突破
有一種原地踏步的感覺
因為我看過有人說
推薦用小重量練到力竭
也有人說減少次數提升重量
對於健身我實在還是有很多不懂的
所以想請問我應該在訓練上
做甚麼樣的調整比較能有所突破呢?
