晚餐: 三菜 + 一主菜 + 一碗飯
生活型態 : 學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
快走 + 慢跑 一個小時 7k (不能跑太久,膝蓋會受不了,有時候就全用走的)
or
游泳一個小時
一周約三到四次
晚上有時候會坐仰臥起坐 50下 + 伏立挺身 10下
我的問題:
我現在要減體重為主還是要繼續減體脂?
運動量有需要加修改或增加嗎?
