別噓我,可以185誰想要180
最近突然有種還想再長高一點的念頭
運動不用說了,游泳,跑步,肌力訓練都很基本的
只是我不知道飲食的方向
第一,不喝牛奶-->會致癌!
第二,要簡單方便料理!
有人可以給點建議嗎?????
