這邊我分享一下我自己的經驗
可能是錯誤的也可能會被大家鞭
我覺得運動雖然幫助減重,但飲食才是真正的關鍵
而且在習慣養成之前常常會認為今天有跑步,所以可以多吃一點
所以我會建議你應該專心注重在飲食上面,運動可以先放一邊
當然你可以注重飲食同時保持運動當然最好
我當初就是因為開始運動飲食方面就開始掉落
我相信當你開始控制自己吃的東西
每餐定時吃,每次定量吃
選看起來健康的吃
這樣就會有一定功效了
心態跟習慣才是減重的最有效方法
