真是多虧了這個版
把我以前那種錯誤的減肥觀念改正過來
記得從國小四年級就開始慢慢變胖...胖...胖...
到國中時已達到人生之顛峰阿
那時有到70~75...(抖)
後來上了五專的某天
被自己體重計上的數字嚇到 下定決心要來減肥
三餐只喝優酪乳(結果我到現在看到都還會反感)+狂運動
後來有瘦到5開頭 參加國中同學會時也讓大家認不出來( ̄ー ̄;)
不過!!我身體真的變很差
很常有快暈倒的狀況之類的
雖然後來沒有復胖的情況 但也沒再更瘦
就肉肉肉肉肉死了
最近因為當辦公室小姐半年多
突然查覺自己在這樣不運動不繼續瘦身的話
就真的要變中年婦女了啦!!
上星期 3/24時 觀念重頭改過後 開始瘦身計劃
我穿了件比基尼泳裝 為自己的身體拍了張照片
為的就是要慢慢的去比對看自己瘦了多少
我每天盡量都吃到基代+運動到心跳130up
昨天4/2號 我穿了同一套拍照
結果...
可以很明顯的看的出來有變瘦!!!!!!!!!!
我好開心阿~
雖然幅度不是很多 但照片比對之下就是看的出來
整個提升我的信心了阿~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
大約一個星期的時間就有這樣的變化
我要持續著運動瘦身下去到自己的理想阿~
所以
想靠節食減肥瘦身的人
不要再虐待自己了阿~
像我以前那樣真是很傷身又痛苦
可以好好吃 又可以明顯的瘦身
不是件很令人開心又覺得幸福的事嗎!
