調整飲食及持續運動,睡眠時間變短 - 健身

我從6月中左右開始調整飲食+每天運動(瑜珈5天,每次90分鐘+快走7天,每次40分鐘)
每天都是走樓梯上下班(一天至少都會走16樓=約400階的樓梯)
每天都是11點半睡覺,剛開始可以睡到7點左右起床
到最近2個禮拜,變成早上5點半,或是6點就會自動醒來,而且是精神很好
起床還是做做抬腿,拉拉筋伸展操,然後順利排便、吃早餐後8點出門上班
這樣一直到中午12點半才午休都不覺得累!
這是以前沒有過的… 但是11點半睡到早上5點半會不會太短阿?
我是讓身體太累沒有休息才會這樣嗎@@? 因為我目前是每天運動…沒休息過
