上大學後肥胖
雖然斷斷續續有在運動
體力應該還是可以 力氣算大
但一直沒有下定決心 所以還是亂亂吃
所以現在是有點肥壯=__=
我是bi 外表看起有點中性
但已死會XDD 男女都不會吃了
私心希望可以徵到女生 比較習慣
理想體態是結實有肌肉線條 但不到壯碩
目標希望可以到體脂20%(遠目
希望這次可以糾到穩定的增肌減脂夥伴!
不要在肥壯下去!
