目前BMI=29.多
醫學上說 長距離慢跑算是一種有氧運動 有氧運動持續30~40分鐘之間是燃脂高峰期
但是 請問這個所謂慢跑是時速應該多快以上? 9km/h ? 10km/h? 11km/h?
感覺11km/h以上根本是用衝的了 以我目前的BMI值 恐怕是9km/h還湊合
10km/h可能會上氣不接下氣吧 如果搞到上氣不接下氣 那就失去有氧的意義了吧
可是又想減體脂肪減得快點
那請問我該用 9km/h 還是 10km/h 呢?
