看你所謂的每日短時間是想要每天運動多久
我目前連續慢跑一年半的時間
勤勞的時候是每天跑1小時,8km距離
最懶惰的時候大概是一周跑3-4次,一次5km
在體重完全沒變的情況下(155/49)
大腿從56cm→50cm
小腿從35.5cm→33cm

因為我們家基因都是粗腿,所以我覺得成效還不錯
以上經驗妳當作參考,至少我認為慢跑是可以瘦腿的
