三餐內容(腳受傷不能動窩再家裡的時候) 基代: 1390
早餐: 減糖奶茶500CC +起士貝果(起士醬挖掉)/或燒餅夾生菜(挖掉美乃滋)
有時候早餐前30分鐘會吃半份水果如芭樂或蘋果,也會乾脆當成早餐但是一禮拜只有一天
午餐: 煎雞胸肉/魚肉(用橄欖油) + 深色蔬菜+ 菇類
晚餐: 吃家裡的 通常都是吃青菜 喝湯(少油少鹽)
註:我知道這樣吃太少了,所以會改進的> <
其他: 喝水就是想到就喝,桌上一定放一杯水
日常作息時間:12~1點睡 8~9點起床 (以後要6點起床了orz)
生活型態:全職考生 早上要打工
運動習慣:好不容易可以跑2圈,但是左腳舊傷復發,骨頭有裂縫
雖然現在好了,但是醫生說這兩個禮拜不要"跑",不要舉重(連走路都最好少走一點)
之前的運動量是:每天走20圈操場+跑2圈(不要笑我...我從小心肺就很差,很瘦也一樣)
不跑步的日子就重訓(一禮拜2次)
我的問題:我的上半身很瘦,妹妹都說把我身體砍一半看非常的魔鬼xD
個人非常嚮往西洋女星的健美身材 ,問題是現在腳真的不大能動
下半身簡直慘不忍睹,小腹整個大到讓人以為懷孕了,腿不用說跟大象一樣
再加上我的骨架不小經常讓人覺得"很大隻"
在還沒減肥前飲食習慣很差,天天要吃炸的,飲料更是狂灌
現在飲料冰的很少喝(幾乎沒有),就是MK的奶茶戒不掉
現在這種不大能運動的狀況,能否請問板上各位高手
指導我的飲食及運動(不傷腳)
我妹妹的身材很結實,我的就鬆鬆垮垮的像白豬
有時候很埋怨媽媽不公平,基因的差異啊!!!
一直很希望有一天能夠穿緊身的T恤和熱褲騷包一下 (默)
