各位好,這邊有些問題想要請教大家:
(1) 大家都說燕麥很棒,所以看到很多人早餐都去買貴格(或其他牌子)的燕麥(非沖泡
包),然後加豆漿或牛奶來吃。我很好奇,這樣子的早餐營養成分是夠的嗎?
(2)另外一個問題請教您的就是,除了#1所說到的燕麥外,目前市售許多燕麥、穀物或堅
果類的即溶沖泡包(一包一包的,類似三合一咖啡沖泡包那種包裝),如桂格、萬歲牌等
,且有許多不同選擇(腰果穀物等不同搭配),在包裝上面也有強調營養成分。想請問您
的是,以營養及健康的角度來說,會推薦這些桂格的吉「即溶沖泡包」嗎?還是這種做成
即溶沖泡包其實都不太好呢?
