請問10k路跑賽前的準備 - 健身

我要問一個超級新手的問題~
我平常很討~~~~~~驗跑步, 因為都是跑跑步機, 有夠無聊有夠難撐的
(雖然社區已經有電視了, 但還是很痛苦)
但我平常有規律運動, 頻率大約是
一週游泳1~2次 500m (自由式15mins )
一週有氧舞蹈運動1hr (大約一般high-low的強度)
上上週竟然沒事去報名了國慶10km路跑, 只因折返點後的路線有經過我家樓下!?
(什麼瞎翻的理由?)
想說就算跑不動, 跑個5km也可以上樓休息了
(蛤?)
然後既然報了就有去練, 本來想說一次起碼也跑個3km,
上週跑跑步機, 9km/hr 跑到2.6km就停下快走之後就再也跑不起來 > <
老公說一定要試試路跑, 不能只在冷氣房跑跑步機, 跑步機比較輕鬆
(他說的道理是, 跑步機只有往上的力, 沒有往前的力)
昨天就啥配備都沒有手持手機(為了算里程時速)就跑起
沒想到路跑異常輕鬆, 竟然還有餘裕的就跑了30mins 4.3km
(跟午覺睡飽飽才去跑應該也有差吧, 哈哈)
這樣平均時速也有8.6km/hr (嚇到我了!)
說了這麼多, 我只想問, 如果我不繼續增加跑步的強度(因為說實在還是覺得跑步無聊)
就維持一週一次游泳, 一次有氧, 一次慢跑30mins(就假設跑4km)
這樣五週以後有可能10km完賽嗎?
完賽時間大會限制在1.5hr內, 平均時速要有6.67km/hr
如果不行我就得跑多一點了.....跑步真的很難熬啊......
(還是我應該來詢問帥哥路線, 找有帥哥的地方路跑會比較提神嗎?)
