請問BMI降到多少可以開始重訓? - 健身

我幾個月前胖到130KG(BMI41)
(男/30歲/身高179)
這幾個月靠飲食控制與每天踩X-BIKE(30~40分)
目前體重降到108(BMI34)
基本上沒遇到甚麼平原停滯期(也可能是還沒遇到XD
目標是80KG
打算體脂更低時來練肌肉
請問體脂大約多少時重訓比較適合呢?
(現在體脂還是很高 再怎麼練肌肉都還是埋在脂肪裡面
所以現階段還是有氧為主)
另外請問四週619種練肌這本如何呢?

PS瘦下來真的體力變好 有精神多了 腰和膝蓋負擔減輕好多
