本篇要討論的重點是 運動之於體態的適性發展

身材體態,不是只有二分法的 肌壯型健美體態 vs 肌少型泡芙體態
BMI正常或偏高 BMI偏低
常常看到推文的主觀建議清一色往「健美體態」方向下評,
看到BMI低的或是附圖3比8的就都下評著重在肌壯或是增重,
當然大小腿太粗文、太壯文、恐肌文、運動變粗文、小鳥食變重發肥文、身心出狀況文
.....等是例外
好像這世上只剩下這兩款體態
其實各種運動都有其適性發展的體態,選擇怎樣的主運動,就會有怎樣的適性發展
總不會選擇長跑結果跑出個阿諾體態 或 選擇健力肌肥大卻重訓出個張嘉哲體態吧?!
認知的差距,是誤會的開始!如果真是這樣,那就是訓練錯誤不用懷疑啊...
所以囉~我們應該多看兩眼發文者所選擇的訓練模式、運動型態、頻率...等,
再去推敲他那樣的飲食作息與訓練方式能否達到所謂的適性體態或是他期望的目標,
換句話說,
想知道自己選擇怎樣的運動,會培養出怎樣的體態,請參考該項運動的運動員
同時,
也希望大家自己想清楚要的是什麼,才不會想要A體態結果都採B體態的訓練模式

如果永遠只用一套標準(ex 肌壯健美型)
走在路上看到這樣的體態通常就直覺歸納到肌少型泡芙去了
也不想想人家那樣的體態是因應訓練而發展出來的適性變化欸...
大家好意思說他們「不夠壯、請增肌、易復胖肌少型、泡芙.....」嗎?╭ ﹀◇﹀〣
一般而言,雖說體重不見得影響運動成績..
不過耐力型運動好手的BMI差不多座落在17~20左右(不是鼓勵低BMI請別誤會)
Ex.2013年226東京馬第2名 藤原 新 的BMI約19.4
長跑名將 關家 良一 的BMI約20
超馬運動員 林義傑 的BMI好像也是19.多~20.多飄移...

這樣的lean but fit、超結實而無一絲多餘贅油,
其實跟肌肉型態(白肌紅肌..)及高肌肉效率有關...
