請問burpee會很操嗎? - 健身

運動有一段時間了,
考慮時間與天氣,多數都是在家裡跳水管的workout,
從一年前開始一週兩、三天,每天半小時鄭多燕,
到現在一週五天,每天平均一小時,可以做tae bo、Jillian Michaels,
在我的感覺裡,鄭多燕的第一部比較累,
但一般來說美國人的workout影片(這個名詞怪怪的?)強度都大於鄭,
所以我以為我這樣訓練下來,體能應該有上升了吧?
然而這個良好的自我感覺,遇到各種burpee的變化形時就會遭到強烈破壞,
動作跟的很勉強不說,我想姿勢一定也是七零八落,
而且遇到難一點的,根本就力不從心,非得停下來不可,
它讓我有有一種深深的感覺:
這不是我靠意志力跟努力就可以做到的(沮喪...),
我的體力就是這麼差(挫折...)
想請問burpee算是有氧還是無氧,為什麼別人可以像橡皮做的一樣彈彈跳跳,
可是我就酸軟無力,做到快哭出來,我從小運動就很不拿手是真的,
難道是我天生沒有運動細胞嗎??
