請問一下運動強度 - 健身

看了很多文大家都會說運動強度不夠
可是我看都覺得那都是我做不太到的程度
所以想請問大家
我一個星期騎三天X-bike
每天大概兩到三次約150~180分鐘(總共加起來的時間)
強度四
轉速27~30
其他時間有想起來才會去游泳(1000~1500公尺)
不過最近都沒去游泳
那這樣只有騎健身車強度算低嗎?
