請問上背和下背可以不同天練嗎?? - 健身

我的課表:
第一天 背 二頭
第二天 胸 三頭
第三天 腿
第四天 肩 手臂(二頭+三頭)
第五天 休息
如此輪迴
我想把上背跟下背分開天練,上背在第一天,下背加在第三天。
原因如下:
第一天練上背時的課表是
1.單槓 約三組 (目前單槓剛起步,所以排第一個)
2.划輪下拉(寬握)4~5組 每組6~10下
3.划輪下拉(窄握)4~5組 同上
4.曲體槓鈴划船 4~5組 同上
5.T槓划船 4~5組 同上
6.坐姿划船 4~5組 同上
然後就沒力練下背了 囧(目前上背練完隔天都能有酸痛感)
所以想問說,在練上述這些動作時,下背施力會不會很大
隔二天後練下背,會不會休息不夠?
如果可以的話,我是想第三天早上練腿,下午單單練下背即可
有人能給小弟建議嗎?
