請問使用腰帶可能傷害肋骨嗎? - 健身

最近開始練習用腰帶做大重量深蹲、硬舉,
每次特別是做完硬舉後的那幾天,
肋骨下方只要大口呼吸或是做出旋轉動作,
就會感覺到痛痛的,這次已經快一個禮拜了,
請問是我綁太緊嗎?
我的鬆緊度是感覺吸氣後腹部有支撐感來決定的,
但看選手似乎是以放鬆狀態穿上腰帶後,
還要預留一根手指的空隙?
我嘗試這樣戴蹲重時感覺很難頂好頂滿。
請問我有可能是讓肋骨骨折了嗎?
有這種可能性嗎?
