請問做伏地挺身時手掌的位置 - 健身

我想請問各位高手們
做伏地挺身時手掌的位置應該朝內還是朝外呢?
因為我在劉耕宏的健身書裡看到
胸肌的訓練方式:
1.使用椅子
2.手指向內(使胸肌變方型)
3.讓胸部向下壓超過椅面(這樣會讓胸部肌肉拉開)
重複伏地挺身的動作
由於我是女生
我想請問如果按照他的方式去做,胸部會變形嗎?
另外我還想請問,若是要雕塑胸型
伏地挺身的姿勢應該怎麼做比較好?
