小弟對熱量計算沒有概念...
不知版上有無高手幫我計算一下下列食物的總熱量...
並且看看營養是否均衡...
有無改善的空間...
早餐:
甜豆漿300CC一杯 菜包一個
午餐:
飯一碗(飯量盛至碗的邊緣 不是尖尖的一碗喔)
青菜半碗
魚肉一碗
晚餐:
茶葉蛋兩顆
橘子一個
吃這樣有沒有1200大卡啊
我是一個78公斤的男生 34歲 目前正在實施飲食控制 沒有特意去運動
我的減重計畫是 沒有運動的話 每天至少吃1200大卡 不超過1500大卡
請不要推文叫我運動 現階段我以飲食控制為主
等到遇到停滯期 我會增加有氧運動
